From his humble beginnings washing dishes as a teenager to being executive chef at
a nationally acclaimed restaurant in Sonoma, California, David Bush's recipe for success has come together
in a singular vision at OSO.
Chef David spent the majority of his life in California with the exception of his high school years in Minnesota where he started his culinary career as a dishwasher in a pizzeria. Bush eventually found his way to San Francisco where he attended the California Culinary Academy in the early nineties. Chef David worked his way through the brigades of several San Francisco kitchens before moving to Sonoma. Before opening OSO Bush was the Executive Chef at St. Francis Winery for six years where he and his team were awarded with OpenTable award for "Best Restaurant In America 2013."
